Libby: Account Resources and Self-Help

Welcome back to our Libby tutorial!

This week, we're learning more about account resources and the Libby Academy.  To start, you'll want to make sure you're logged in to your Tennessee READS account through Libby (which you can learn about here).  After you open the Libby app, click on the Libby icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.

At the top of the page, you'll have the option to see your library cards and add a library.  These options will allow you to add or rename your library cards and make it easier to access different accounts.

On this page, you can also discover more about the Libby app!  The "Set Up Libby" option will allow you to customize your Libby experience and offers troubleshooting guides if you run into hiccups.  The "Help & Support" option offers access to the Libby Help website and contact links to get personalized assistance, while the "Learn Libby" option takes you directly to Libby Academy.

The Libby Academy is a helpful series of videos that offers demonstrations of Libby features.  These videos offer step-by-step instructions on how to adjust audiobook and e-book settings, set a sleep timer, view book progress, and more.

You can learn more about Libby at https://meet.libbyapp.com/ or find help with the Libby app at https://help.libbyapp.com/index.htm.  And, don't forget, you can always visit the Jones Creativity Center during their open lab hours for one-on-one assistance with your personal technology!
