To celebrate the turning of a New Year, the Bristol Public Library and the Avoca Branch Library will be offering free workshops on checking out E-books and using Tennessee READS. These workshops will explore the basics of TN READS, such as logging in, downloading, checking out, searching, and much more. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and learn more about TN READS and all its great resources!
Our first class will be held on Thursday, January 24, at 2:00 p.m. in the Jones Creativity Center at the Bristol Public Library. Our second workshop will be held on Thursday, January 31, at 2:00 p.m. at the Avoca Branch Library.
Plus, in honor of our upcoming classes, we'll be posting several "Tennessee READS Tutorials" on our blog. We'll be going over a list of basic tasks and answer questions about TN READS all month long, so be on the lookout for our tutorial series!
For more information on our READS workshops, please contact the Bristol Public Library at 276-645-8780 or the Avoca Branch Library at 423-968-9663.
